Who is Vera?

For those that are new to our blog, I wanted to re-post some general information about Vera. She is 4 1/2 years old and currently lives in an orphanage in Eastern Europe, waiting on someone to step up and be her forever family. Vera is a darling, energetic and happy little girl. She has mild CP and is able to walk on her own. She is very capable and smart. She is already 4 and needs a family quickly!
