It's a Boy!

I'm sure many of you are curious to know what happened at our SDA appointment. We were shown several files, and chose to travel to Southern Ukraine to meet a young boy that we felt might be our son.

We received our paperwork on Thursday afternoon and traveled to his region.

Friday morning, we met with the social worker, got some paperwork, and made our way to his orphanage.

He is a precious boy, and we feel he is the child God led us to in this journey. We began the paperwork process today, and will let you all know more as the next part of the adventure unfolds.

Thanks for all the emails and messages we've received! We love hearing from you all and knowing that you're following along with us.

I am so happy for you guys! I love the picture too! How is William enjoying his new brother? Rachel misses Wiliam-- so please tell him that. We are enjoying our time here-- I asked our facilitator and he said you were less than 2 hours away. Big hugs!

That's awesome! I can vouch that having two boys is a good thing. We pray for a smooth adoption process.

BTW, it appears that he will need a tan and some dental work when he gets to the States... ;)

God bless,
