I pray for the caregivers that manage the daily needs of the children that live there. May God give them an extra measure of grace and patience as they handle so many children at a time. I pray that they care for the children with love and compassion.
I pray for the director there: that he/she cares about the children in a real way, and that he/she is a true advocate for them, wanting only the best for them.
I pray for the people that prepare meals for the children - that they will be able to stretch their limited budget far to meet the dietary needs of each child.
And I pray for every other worker there - that they will perform their duties well, knowing that there are people who are truly thankful for them because of the job they do.
I pray for the salvation of all of the orphanage staff. May God reveal Himself to them in a real way. And may we be Jesus' hands and feet while we are there.
And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
