I don't know what to say!! I thought you all had changed your minds. I am so happy I can't think straight. Is it Lauren? Here I go rambling. It's been on our S.S. prayer list for some time now.
Thank you William for telling us. We love you so much.
Thanks for all the well-wishes! We are in the VERY beginning stages and are simply going to move as God leads us. We have not committed to the adoption of a specific child. We don't know if God is calling us to pursue a particular child, or to travel blind as we did with William. We don't know if it will be a son or a daughter that we will add to our family. For now, we continue to pray and trust God to move us where He wants us to go. We are not praying for a specific gender, but are focusing our pleas on finding the child God wants in our family, and on his/her protection and well-being until we can get there.
We thank you for the kind thoughts and words, and especially for the prayers. We'll keep you all posted as this new journey unfolds, and as God reveals the plan to us!
Very exciting! I so admire your mission and strength that you have through all of this process! I know God will bless you with another special someone! Good luck!
Wow!! This is so exciting!! Things are moving so quickly again over there. By this time next year you will be home with your new child! I am so happy for you guys!
Congratulations! I thought this news might be coming soon, and I figured that reading Adopted For Life might help speed it along! :) Blessings!
P.S. I'm glad to hear that there's a Celantano's in Mariupol. We ate at one in Nova Khahovka on our 2004 trip, so we're pretty happy to have one so close by right now!
I played Williams' video for Nicholas - he clasped his hands together in prayer and said "I hope they adopt someone I know". :o) So - please try to get to Snezhoe!
Prayers to you all and prayers for an easy paperwork process and trip!!
