Kriddazark

We received a special package yesterday all the way from the North Pole! Santa sent us one of his helpers, a little Elf. Our first task was to name him, and William came up with the name Kriddazark. If you read the book, you'll see that there are name suggestions. Two of them were Criddle and Zarp. He combined them, changed them a little, and told me how to spell it. We registered his name in the Elf Registry, and received a special message from Santa in return!

From now until Christmas Eve, Kriddazark will be making a nightly trip to the North Pole to report to Santa on whether William is being naughty or nice. Then the next morning, William gets to hunt around the house and find Kriddazark's newest hiding place. This lasts until the 24th, when Kriddazark will travel back to the North Pole in Santa's sleigh, and we won't see him again until next year.

William picked Kirddazark's first location, and the little helper started by sitting on our bookcases in the den. But from now on, no one can touch him, or he might "lose his magic"!

Kriddazark was able to give a good report to the North Pole last night, and William discovered him perched atop our microwave this morning. Hopefully we'll make it to December 24 without a single 'naughty' report :)

Does this naughty report just cover William, or does it include Mommy and Daddy too?
