I had adsense on my other blog. I never earned enough to cash in...I think you need at least $25 or something like that. I didn't have much traffic to my blog at that point, so that's probably why. It seemed secure, and it wasn't much of a hassle since all I had to do was sign up and put the button on the blog. I never had any problems with inappropriate ads but I have heard of problems....like Ukrainian bride services.
