Our little guy had his first day of kindergarten and it went well: much more smoothly than his First Day of Preschool, where he was on the verge of tears when Zack left. This time around, I took him and he did great. There are 2 kids from his preschool class, plus his new friend Samuel, and lots of new friends whose names he can't remember :)

And we had a VERY sad terrier this morning. I got back to the car after taking William to his classroom, and Adie was not happy that I was alone. She refused to sit in the front with me, and finally curled up in his carseat. At home, she moped around, and sat at the doorway to his room with her ears down.
But then she was so excited when we picked him up!

He has grown so much! It's amazing when you look at the two pictures of him sitting at the table!
So glad his first day went well. Leeza and I are waiting for Sarah to get home (in about a half hour). Leeza was missing her buddy today. Hopefully once she starts preschool next week, it will be better.
How wonderful! I taught kindergarten for so long and loved seeing all my kids come in on the first day with new clothes and pack bags:). He looks so happy and totally ready. Please tell Ms. Mary I said hello- we were friends when we went to FBCD. Hope Adie is feeling better today.
I cannot believe how much he has grown up!! And I especially love the picture of Adie in his carseat!

How great that he had a wonderful first day! Praise God that He provides for every little thing! Your William is such a sweet looking boy, and it is amazing how he has changed from January until now! PTL!
